This insures greater efficiency by getting he next tool indexed and ready for tool change &#8230; saving valuable\u00a0cutting cycletime in the newly converted G code program.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Here&#8217;s how it WORKS\u00a0&#8230;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As with all features in <a href=\"https:\/\/kentechinc.com\/cncxchange\/\">Kipware\u00ae CNC XChange<\/a> \u00a0&#8230; and after\u00a0living on the shop floor for 30+ years &#8230; we know that no two G code programs or formats are alike. That&#8217;s why we build customizable features into our conversion software &#8230; to allow the user to select and customize the conversion and output.<\/p>\n<p>Initially &#8230; the user can use the powerful USER OPTIONS in <a href=\"https:\/\/kentechinc.com\/cncxchange\/\">Kipware\u00ae CNC XChange<\/a> to set-up this &#8220;look ahead&#8221; feature as the screenshot below illustrates.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-386\" src=\"http:\/\/kentechinc.com\/kipware_blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/user_option_screenshot.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"324\" height=\"305\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Users have the ability to customize the output by :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>ENABLING or DISABLING the Look Ahead function &#8230; and if enabled to specify the LETTER ADDRESS to be used by <a href=\"https:\/\/kentechinc.com\/cncxchange\/\">Kipware\u00ae CNC XChange<\/a> when adding the next tool call to the G code.
