Conversational cycles allow users to create G code for the specific shapes using only fill-in-the-blank forms ... no CAD model or drawing of any kind is required to create G code using these cycles. They are arranged in this listing on no particular order and the list is current as of the current release.

TAPERED CONE
This cycle creates G code to machine a tapered cone. Using a user defined TOP diameter, BOTTOM diameter and cone depth ... KipwareM® will create the complete toolpath using either a SQUARE or BALL END MILL. Rough cutting, climb or conventional milling, finish cutting, climb or conventional milling, or both can be defined by the user.

TAPERED HOLE
This cycle creates G code to machine a tapered hole. Using a user defined TOP diameter, BOTTOM diameter and cone depth ... KipwareM® will create the complete toolpath using either a SQUARE or BALL END MILL. Rough cutting, climb or conventional milling, finish cutting, climb or conventional milling, or both can be defined by the user.

TAPERED BOSS
This cycle creates G code to machine a tapered square / rectangular boss. Using a user defined X length, Y length, taper angle and boss depth ... KipwareM® will create the complete toolpath using either a SQUARE or BALL END MILL. Rough cutting, climb or conventional milling, finish cutting, climb or conventional milling, or both can be defined by the user. The boss can be also ROTATED at any angle using a simple angular input on the form.

TAPERED POCKET
This cycle creates G code to machine a tapered square / rectangular pocket. Using a user defined X length, Y length, taper angle and pocket depth ... CURVED SURFACE
This cycle creates G code to machine a 3D curved surface along the X axis plane. Using a user defined surface radius, surface length, and surface height ... KipwareM® will create the complete toolpath using either a SQUARE or BALL END MILL. Rough cutting, climb or conventional milling, finish cutting, climb or conventional milling, or both can be defined by the user. The surface can be also ROTATED at any angle using a simple angular input on the form.

BOWL
This cycle creates G code to machine a 3D round bowl. Using a user defined bowl diameter and bowl depth ... KipwareM® will create the complete toolpath using either a SQUARE or BALL END MILL. Rough cutting, climb or conventional milling, finish cutting, climb or conventional milling, or both can be defined by the user.

RADIUS EDGE
This cycle creates G code to machine a radius along an edge. The side edge of the radius can be straight or at a user defined taper. The edge can be defined along the X or Y axis ... 0 degrees ... 90 degrees ... 180 degrees or 270 degrees. Rough and / or finish cutting can be zig-zag or one direction type. Different feedrates can also be used for straight area cutting and cutting along the arc.

TAPERED RADIUS EDGE
This cycle creates G code to machine a radius along an edge along the X axis. The side edge of the radius can be straight or at a user defined taper. Rough and / or finish cutting can be zig-zag or one direction type. The edge radius can be partial ( top surface and edge radius ) or full ( top surface, edge radius, side wall).

TAPERED STRAIGHT EDGE
This cycle creates G code to machine a tapered / straight wall along an edge along the X axis. The side edge of the radius can be straight or at a user defined taper. Rough and / or finish cutting can be zig-zag or one direction type.

HOLE FILLET
This cycle creates G code to machine a radius along the edge of a hole. Using the user defined hole diameter and radius on the edge ... KipwareM® will create the complete toolpath using either a SQUARE or BALL END MILL. Rough cutting, climb or conventional milling, finish cutting, climb or conventional milling, or both can be defined by the user.
